Main seating area is over 6,000 square feet.  We have over 10,000 square feet  including the hall, buffet room, cantina, chapel and kitchen.

You can bring in your own food & drink, have it catered or let us handle it for you.

                   BASIC HALL RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Tables, chairs, hall set up, use of wrought iron arch, use of any centerpieces in stock, use of votive candles, use of any decorations in stock, custom wood dance floor, use of the buffet room, use of the cantina, a security guard on the premises hall clean up and any assistance needed in the planning of your event. All rates are based on a 5 hour event. Attendant will be on duty 2 hours before your event starts for deliveries and last minute preparations. If there is no event the day before your event we will make arrangements to let you come in and decorate or deliver items between 12 - 4 p.m. the day before.

For your convenience we can provide ice, soft drinks and water for your guests at an additional cost.  Bartenders 5 hours of service includes the 1/2 hour set up and 1/2 hour take down leaving 4 hours serving time.

Chapel seats up to 100 guests. Rental includes 1 hour rehersal and 1 hour for ceremony

                         $300 Chapel only (includes 1 hour rehearsal and 1 hour ceremony)

       $500 Chapel, 1 hour rehearsal, 1 hour ceremony, preacher/officiant and ceremony music

Chair covers available:100 covers = White with white bow $250 or White with colored bow $350

ADDITIONAL HOURS AVAILABLE  AT RATES LISTED BELOW:

$100 per additional hour for hall rental and personnel

$100 per additional hour for DJ beyond the 5 hour event

$60.00 per additional hour for bartenders beyond the 5 hour event

$40.00 per additional hour for 2 security guards beyond the 5 hour event

Tablecloths, napkins & security are not included but available for a nominal fee.

The additional costs cover the certified and insured bartenders and additional security guards for a 5 hour period. Both are required to be on the premises any time alcohol is being served.  We do not provide liquor of any type.  If you are going to provide liquor for your guests please pick a package that includes the bartender.
